We have conducted a series of Netstorms™ and innovation strategy initiatives for this client across a number of topics over the past several years.   These Netstorms™ helped the client move from an initial set of assumptions to a specific definition of the key elements of the relevant ecosystems, the networks of innovation, and the potential role and impact the client could have in the marketplace.  In each instance the final product included a development roadmap with specific steps to move forward, including partner organizations in technology, market development, and policy.  Areas of focus have included K-12 and higher education, digital content creation and publishing, and content and positioning for cultural venues.
