This C-level client commissioned us to conduct our Radical Innovation Academy (“RIA”) in Silicon Valley for a broad cross section of their next generation leaders.  The company was concerned that they were losing their innovation edge and, perhaps more importantly, that their culture was actually working against producing innovation streams designed to support the strategic goals of the firm.

We created week long immersions, executed over a period of several years, with a targeted set of top tier Silicon Valley technology firms, paired with a series deep dive practicums in driving innovation led by our partners and leading design firms in Silicon Valley.

The result was a fundamental shift in the nature of the company’s relationships with Silicon Valley, as well as in how they viewed the role and use of digital technologies.  In addition, a number of new strategic partnerships for the company in design, finance, and media came out of the work.
